In the discharge chamber, the gear teeth gradually enter into the meshing state, and the gear teeth are gradually occupied by one gear tooth, the volume of the discharge chamber decreases, and the liquid pressure in the discharge chamber increases, so the liquid is discharged from the outlet of the pump, and the gear side continues to rotate. The above process is continuously carried out, forming a continuous oil transfer process.
Application and precautions of lubricating gear pump
The
lubricating gear pump TOP10A is mainly used to transport lubricating oil in various lubricating systems of mechanical equipment, with a delivery viscosity of 10. Lubricating oil and other oil with lubricity below e (75c. S.T) and temperature below 300 ℃. Equipped with copper gear can transport gasoline, benzene and other low internal point liquid. It is used in chemical industry, highway mixing plant industry, food industry, textile industry, and other industries.
The oil in the oil tank must be filtered and reused. Remember to filter once a month. The oil tank should be cleaned regularly. The oil level shall be kept at about 85%. If it is lower than the oil level, it shall be supplemented in time with the same oil number. It should be noted that the oil temperature should generally be 10-40 ℃, and it is forbidden to use it under negative temperature.
The lubricating gear pump TOP12A shall not work under overload, and the pressure shall be adjusted according to the rated oil pressure of the equipment, and any adjustment is prohibited.
When the lubricating gear pump TOP13A stops working, slowly loosen the oil return valve. After the pressure gauge has no pressure, remove the oil pipe joint nut of the jack. It is forbidden to dismantle or change the pressure gauge, oil pipe, etc. under load.
