USES:
Cyw-152b and CYW153B stainless steel differential pressure gauge (hereinafter referred to as the meter) are applicable to measure the differential pressure and flow of various liquid (gas) medium in the process of chemical industry, chemical fiber, metallurgy, electric power and nuclear power. The instrument structure is made of stainless steel, among which the measuring system (double corrugated pipe and connecting parts), the pressure guide system (including joint and pipe, etc.) adopt special structure design reasonable, advanced technology, small volume, light weight, good stability, long service life, novel appearance, strong adaptability and other advantages. The connection forms of the instrument joint are parallel (can be directly connected with three valve sets) and inclined type, which can adapt to different customers' matching installation.

Structural principle:
The meter adopts a double bellows structure, that is, two bellows are respectively installed on the symmetrical position of both sides of the "work" type bracket. The upper and lower ends of the "i-" type bracket are the movable end and the fixed end respectively. The two bellows are parallel, respectively connected with the high and low pressure joint on the case. The gear drive mechanism is directly installed on the fixed end of the support and connected with the movable end of the support through the pull rod. The dial is directly fixed on the gear drive mechanism.
Instrument working principle: based on the sensing element adopted two have the same stiffness of the bellows, and so on under the same measured medium forced it to produce the same focus respectively on the legs, because of the spring leaf waiting for a moment on both sides do not produce the deflection, so the stent is still in the original position, the gear transmission mechanism is not action, make the pointer still refers to the zero.
When different pressures are applied (generally higher than the low pressure end), the forces acting on the movable supports of the two bellows are not equal, resulting in corresponding displacement, which drives the gear transmission mechanism to drive and amplify, and the differential pressure value between the two is indicated by the deflection of the pointer.
Instructions:
The meter should be installed vertically at the same level as the measuring point, otherwise the additional error caused by the difference of liquid level shall be taken into consideration.
The high pressure end is marked "H" on the instrument connection and the low pressure end is marked "L".
When measuring the differential pressure, the differential pressure value can be used within 75% of the upper limit of the scale range. The maximum static pressure value of the system should not exceed the maximum static pressure value specified by the meter.
As shown in figure 4, balance (safety) valve (valve 1) should be set before the high and low pressure input ports of the instrument during installation, and should be in the open position. The balance valve will be closed after all valves 2 and 3 are opened.
The meter should be carefully checked before use of the measured medium to its degree of erosion, so as not to cause early corrosion damage to the bellows.
Instrument in regular maintenance, if the table cover must be opened, with the help of special tools.
The gauge can be cut off the plug boss of the watch case when the error of the indicator is increased due to the change of temperature and directly affects the accuracy of the measurement.
