The vane pump installation instructions:
1. Rotation direction: clockwise direction (from the axis end) is the standard, and counterclockwise direction is a special style. Direction of rotation is indeed approved by the instantaneous starting motor to check.
2. The hydraulic oil: under 70 bar, the use of 40 ℃ when viscosity 30-50 CST (ISO VG32) of hydraulic oil.
3. Drain pipe pressure: the drain pipe must be directly connected to the oil surface of the oil tank, and the backpressure generated by the configuration shall be maintained below 0.3bar.
4. Working oil temperature: the temperature of the continuous operation of 15 to 60 ℃.
5. Axial matching: the axial error of pump shaft and motor shaft is 0.05mm, and the Angle error is 1 degree.
6. Oil suction pressure: the pressure of oil suction mouth is -0.3bar to 0.3bar.
7. Adjustment of displacement: when adjusting the displacement, loosen the adjusting nut first, and then turn the adjusting screw. Turn right to reduce the flow rate, while turn left to increase.
8. Pressure adjustment: turn right pressure adjustment screw to reduce output pressure, and turn left to increase.
9. Maximum peak: the maximum peak shall not exceed 140bar.
10. New machine operation: when the new machine starts operation, the motor motor can be started repeatedly without pressure to remove the air in the pump and the suction pipe. In order to ensure the air elimination in the system, it can run continuously for 10 minutes without load.
