1. Overview of proportional valve products
MA-RZMO, MA-HZMO pilot proportional overflow valve control guide valve is a cone valve - type structure, the main valve is a sliding valve - type structure. This kind of proportional valve has two structural forms: R- plate structure, H- superposition structure. The pressure of the valve is proportional to the input electrical signal. This kind of valve work is through the electronic amplifier () to provide a proportional electromagnet (5) drive current, to calibrate the adjustment of the valve, the valve pressure and the amplifier input signal is proportional.
The structure of the valve work description: system pressure by the main spool (2) control, and (2) by the pilot proportional overflow valve (4) direct control. That is, through the proportional overflow guide valve to change the pressure difference between the two ends of the main valve core, let the main valve core to change the area of the overflow port, so as to achieve pressure regulation. The stack flow control plug - in ensures that the pilot control oil flow is constant, thus ensuring the stability of pressure regulation.
This valve is equipped with an internal pressure sensor and amplifier, which can realize the pressure closed-loop control inside the valve. Because the hysteresis and linear error of the valve are greatly reduced, it has better dynamic characteristics.
