As the first company in China to independently research and develop this type of drill, the company has successfully broken through technical difficulties such as high-power high-frequency impact power head, automatic clamping device, electromechanical and hydraulic integrated control, rectangular coordinate system attitude adjustment and so on, and developed the first domestic multi-functional full-hydraulic high-power transmission drill. The equipment adopts the design concept of high-power, rotation-impact drill, and has the characteristics of caterpillar walking, high climbing ability and flexible movement. The use of electric power and diesel power sources can reduce harmful gas emissions in the tunnel and effectively improve the construction environment. The core control unit of the machine is programmable controller (PLC) -- hydraulic proportional module, which has the advantages of automation control and strong expansibility. The driller's power head with independent intellectual property has higher impact energy and frequency and can effectively improve construction efficiency. According to the simulated test data, the performance of the rig is comparable to that of imported multi-function drill, which reaches the leading level in China. It is reported that the ministry of railways plans to use the rig for your guangzhou railway construction.
