Motor overheating is  the often appeared question of gear pump in the work process, specific analysis and detection are as follows:

1. Use range (flow. Head) more than gear oil pump design requirements?

According to the series spectrum to choose the right machine

2. The proportion of medium more than gear oil pump configuration machine?

Configuration suitable big gear oil pump with motor

3. Packing pressure is too tight or mechanical seal spring tone is too tight?

Readjust the gland or mechanical seal spring compression quantity

4. Gear pump assembly quality difference, there is friction place or motor and pump shaft have different heart?

Check the assembly quality, eliminate assembly fault.
