1) too small oil absorption pipe diameter: increase the pipe diameter appropriately to make oil absorption smooth.
2) infarction or too much resistance of suction pipe and filter: it shall be cleaned in real time to remove the blockage.
3) the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank is too low: the amount of oil should be checked and refueled properly.
4) the pump body is not filled with oil, some atmosphere: the pump should be filled with oil exhaust.
5) loose seal, atmosphere entry: tighten the relevant joint.
6) wear between plunger and cylinder hole or oil distribution plate and cylinder block: the contact surface should be changed to ensure good contact.
7) severe leakage in the hydraulic pump, resulting in low volume efficiency: proper repair of the hydraulic pump.
8) the return journey of plunger is not enough or cannot be less than the return journey, causing the cylinder block and oil distribution plate to be sealed: the core spring fracture, should check and change the core spring.
9) the variable mechanism fails to meet the task request: check and correct the adjustment error.
10) improper oil temperature or hydraulic pump suction, forming internal leakage or oil absorption difficulties: according to the actual environment of temperature rise, select the appropriate oil, tighten the adjacent to the air leakage.
11) insufficient motor speed: find out the reason and stop adjusting.
