In the maintenance of rexroth piston pump, it is found that there are the following three common transmission failures: insufficient or no flow, flow fluctuation and abnormal working pressure. First, rexroth hydraulic pump does not output flow and no output oil
 
Root cause:
 
Pump speed is too high, the oil level in the tank is too low, the oil into the pipeline leakage, filter blockage and so on May lead to the oil suction pipeline resistance is too large or insufficient oil.
 
(2) excessive leakage. Pump clearance is too large, poor seal caused. If the oil distribution plate by metal fragments, iron, such as scratches, end surface oil leakage; The sealing surface of the one-way valve in the variable mechanism is not well matched, the supporting surface of the pump body and the oil distribution plate has sand holes or scratches. The damaged part of the pump can be determined by detecting miscible impurities in the hydraulic fluid of the pump body.
 
(3) tilting plate dip Angle is too small, the displacement of the pump is small, which needs to adjust the variable piston, increase the tilting plate dip Angle. When the oil discharge is not zero, the variable axial piston pump swash plate dip Angle is zero is called the median, at this time the pump output flow should be zero. However, sometimes the median deviates from the central point of the adjustment mechanism, and there is still flow output at the central point. The reason is that the position of the controller is deviated, loose or damaged, which needs to be reset, tightened or replaced. Fluctuation of output flow
 
(1) the fluctuation of output flow is related to many key factors. The variable pump can be considered to be caused by the poor control of the variable mechanism, such as foreign matter into the variable mechanism, in the control of the piston marked marks, scratches, scars, etc., resulting in the control of the piston movement instability. The movement of the control piston is unstable due to the lack of energy of the amplifier or the damage of parts, and the poor performance of the damper of the control piston with a spring.
 
(2) the flow is not stable and is usually accompanied by the fluctuation of working pressure. Usually this type of failure involves disassembling the hydraulic pump, replacing damaged parts, increasing resistance, increasing spring stiffness and operating pressure. Abnormal output working pressure (1) the output working pressure is too low.
 
(1) output pressure is too low when the pump in the self-priming state, if the oil inlet pipeline leakage or system hydraulic cylinder, one-way valve, reversing valve, there is a greater leakage, will make the pressure not up. This requires finding the leak, fastening and replacing the seals to increase the pressure. If the overflow valve fails or the adjustment pressure is low, the pressure of the system cannot go up. If the deviation between the cylinder block of the hydraulic pump and the distribution plate causes a large amount of leakage, if the cylinder block may crack in severe cases, the matching surface should be reground or replaced with a hydraulic pump.
 
Output work pressure is too high if the control loop load continues to increase, the pump work pressure also continues to increase, when a normal. If the load is constant and the pressure of the pump exceeds the pressure required for the load, check the hydraulic components other than the pump, such as direction valves, pressure valves, actuators and return lines. If the pressure is too high, the overflow valve should be adjusted.
