What is unloading type hydraulic control check valve?

It is in the main valve core of the one-way valve set a small cone valve core, when the reverse flow to open the main valve core. To control the piston, only the small taper valve (the unloading valve core is opened at a small distance). B is connected to A, and the reverse flow from the B cavity is first passed through the opening small valve to A. Bring down the pressure of the B cavity, and then control the piston without much effort to open the main valve core. Let the oil flow in reverse.

 

 

Due to the small pressure area of the unloading valve core, the force on the small unloading valve core is relatively small even if B cavity has a high loss. This is a two-step valve. It can greatly reduce the control pressure needed for reverse opening.
