How to order:
The ZF Hydraulic produce solenoid valves in 2-way 2-positions, 3-way 2-positions, 4-way 2-position,
4-way 3-positions with poppet-type or spool-type. The valve can be with or without manual override option.
Typically used as a blocking or load-holding device for high pressure circuits.
All external surfaces are zinc plated and corrosion-protected. All valve parts are made of high strength steel,
poppet is hardened and ground to ensure minimal wear and extended service life.
Principle of cartridge valve： The control port controls the opening and closing of the oil outlet of the main oil circuit, and through the opening and closing of the spool of the main valve, the opening and closing of the main oil circuit can be controlled. The use of different pilot valves can constitute pressure control, direction control or flow control, but also composed of composite control. When the control oil port is connected with the oil tank, the cone valve opens the oil port, so the use of pilot control valve pressure relief or pressure, can achieve the opening and closing of the cone valve.
