When does the bearing of the hydraulic piston pump need to be replaced?

When does the bearing of the hydraulic piston pump need to be replaced?

Most hydraulic piston pumps are prone to bearing wear and other issues after a period of use, especially after the warranty period. When replacing bearings, most plunger pump bearings use high load capacity bearings. The ultra-high pressure electric hydraulic pump station, ultra-high pressure manual hydraulic pump station, and various convenient and practical hydraulic tools have received unanimous praise from users. Strive for excellence and provide users with reliable hydraulic tools. But it cannot guarantee the normal clearance of the three pairs of friction pairs inside the hydraulic pump. Without professional inspection instruments, it is impossible to check the clearance of the bearings. Only visual inspection can be used. If scratches or discoloration are found on the surface of the rollers inside the hydraulic piston pump, it is necessary to replace them.

Attention should be paid to the English letters and types of the original bearings, as they can also damage the thickness of the static hydraulic support oil film of each friction pair. The service life of the bearings for the original standardized hydraulic piston pump and the descending piston pump should be checked and replaced by personnel with experience in bearings, in order to maintain the accuracy level and load capacity of the bearings for the hydraulic piston pump. The important component of a piston pump is the bearing. We specialize in producing ultra-high pressure electric pumps, and the average service life of the bearing is 10000 hours.

When does the bearing of the hydraulic piston pump need to be replaced?

The entire hydraulic system usually consists of power components such as hydraulic pumps, actuating components such as hydraulic cylinders or motors, control components such as hydraulic valves, and auxiliary components such as hydraulic oil, pressure gauges, oil temperature gauges, oil pipes, and oil tanks. The hydraulic pump, as the power component in the hydraulic system, determines the pressure and flow rate of the entire system. Therefore, the selection of hydraulic pumps should be based on the required pressure, flow rate, price, working stability, accuracy, etc. of the system. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of various pumps should also be considered when selecting.

Principles for selecting hydraulic pumps:

Hydraulic piston pumps can be classified into quantitative and variable types. Axial piston pump, radial piston pump, and single acting vane pump are variable displacement pumps.

Working pressure: gear pump pressure is 2.5MPa, which can reach 25MPa after high pressure conversion; plunger pump pressure is 31.5MPa; The pressure of the vane pump is 6.3 MPa, and after high-pressure treatment, it can reach 21 MPa.

Noise index: Low noise pumps include internal gear pumps, double acting vane pumps, and screw pumps. The instantaneous flow rate of double acting vane pumps and screw pumps is uniform.

Efficiency: Under the same structure, axial piston pumps with larger displacement have higher overall efficiency.
