Why is the hydraulic oil tank bubbling or overflowing? How to exclude it?

The reasons for oil leakage in hydraulic oil tanks may include the following: Firstly, the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank should be checked to ensure that too much hydraulic oil has not been added. Usually, the standard for adding hydraulic oil is to retract all moving parts back to the driving angle after repeated operation, and then add the oil level to 4/5 of the oil window or tank.
Secondly, the phenomenon of oil leakage may be due to the sudden ejection of compressed air from the fuel tank. Therefore, it is recommended to reduce the flow rate when refueling is close to full, and wait for the bubbles to gradually dissipate before continuing to add, in order to avoid fuel injection problems caused by the fuel tank being too full.
In addition, the oil in the tank may produce foam, which may also lead to oil spilling. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the oil in the oil tank has foam. If this situation exists, further check whether the oil inlet pipe of the oil pump and other components have air leakage. If the gas returns to the fuel tank after being pressurized at high speed by the oil pump, it will continuously accumulate and expand, and eventually overflow through the refueling port.
Finally, if there is an oil suction filter in the hydraulic system, it is also necessary to check if the filter is clogged. You can try replacing or temporarily removing the filter to determine if it is caused by a blockage issue. At the same time, it is necessary to confirm whether the oil in the tank is sufficient and whether the liquid level is too low, which may cause air intake. In addition, it is also necessary to check whether the oil return port is higher than the liquid level in the oil tank, which may cause the return oil impact to produce foam, thus causing the phenomenon of oil bleeding.
