1. Overview of proportional valve products
MA-RZMO is a direct - acting cone - core proportional overflow valve. The pressure of the valve is proportional to the input electrical signal. This kind of valve work principle is through the electronic amplifier to provide proportional electromagnet drive current, the proportional electromagnet produced by the thrust to push the cone valve core () in the cone valve seat () of the hole, and the oil pressure balance in the cone valve seat () hole. The regulating pressure of the valve is proportional to the input signal of the amplifier.
The valve can be equipped with a pressure sensor and a digital integrated amplifier in addition to the open-loop pressure control. Because the hysteresis and linear error of the valve are greatly reduced, it has better dynamic characteristics. This open-loop or closed-loop valve is used primarily as a pressure guide valve.
